Regional Director of High School Admissions | Location: South US

Will be responsible for working with Education Affiliates campuses in the southern USA.  The primary objective of this position will be to assure accomplishment of HS admissions start objectives. 

This includes working closely with Campus Directors and Presidents and Directors of Admissions to attain proper staffing levels, manage and provide extensive training for the HS admissions process including networking with  and booking local high schools, presenting, appointment setting, interviewing and enrolling and follow up with HS students and their parents. This position will report to directly to the National Director of High School Admissions.

This candidate will have extensive successful proprietary education High School Admissions management experience. 

Primary duties will include:

 - Training and working with local Directors of Admissions to run successful HS Admissions Programs
- Assisting in hiring and training of HS Admissions Representatives
- Assisting in driving national HS Admissions management and training efforts

Financial Aid-Regulatory Complaince Specialist | Location: Baltimore, MD

Position Description: Regulatory Compliance Specialist

As a member of the Education Affiliates’ division that oversees financial aid program administration, accreditation and state licensure, the Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for providing a variety of research and support services as they relate to Education Affiliates’ relationships with the US Department of Education, national, regional, and programmatic accrediting agencies, and state departments of education and professional licensure boards. In addition, the Regulatory Compliance Specialist is responsible for the review and assistance needed to create, update, and maintain each of our College’s catalogs, handbooks, and enrollment agreements.    

 

Qualifications, skills, and professional experiences you will need:

·         Bachelors or higher degree.

·         Minimum five (5) years of management experience in the administration of federal and state student financial aid programs and/or equivalent regulatory experience at a postsecondary institution and/or a graduate degree in a related program of study.  

·         Knowledge of federal, state, and accrediting regulations governing student financial aid programs. 

·         Strong research, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

·         Outstanding attention to detail, the capability to multi-task, and the ability to work individually or with small and large groups.

·         Expertise in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.  Knowledge of Campus Vue, or equivalent student data management software, and Desk Top Publishing software preferred.

The ideal candidate must be able to establish a comprehensive, written systematic plan of evaluation for the Nursing Programs that includes data collection from faculty, instructional personnel, students, graduates, and employers of graduates.
